In this chapter, Anna's trials at Patrick and Jim's bar reach their culmination, when Patrick auctions her ass off to the best paying customer, and although David makes a noble effort to save her, he is outbid by Anna's usual "suitors". She then gets the gloryhole treatment, and is eventually taken by two guys at once - and finds herself enjoying the process, openly admitting her slutty nature to her "buyers".
